92 sworn in as student-attorneys by Maryland Court of Appeals Judge Shirley M. Watts.

Ninety-two student-attorneys were sworn in Jan. 13, 2016, by Maryland Court of Appeals Judge Shirley M. Watts (standing at right). Sitting at right are Professor Robert Rubinson, director of UB’s clinical law program, and UB School of Law Dean Ronald Weich.

The student-attorneys will take part in the University of Baltimore School of Law’s clinical program this semester.

Under Rule 16 of the Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Maryland, students enrolled in an ABA-approved clinical program may practice with the supervision of an experienced attorney.
